The 
circle element generates a circular surface with a diameter of 1, lying in the X-Y plane and balanced around the coordinate system origin. The complexity (i.e. the number of the circle divisions) is determined by the 
complexity of object element. For every 16 object complexity degrees 1 supplementary stripe is added (interstage). The normals located in the circle vertices are (0, 0, -1). The texture coordinates in the vertices correspond the area texture location on the circle surface. The circle is oriented in the negative Z axis direction, i.e. facing the default 
camera. The element returns the 
identification number of the created circle.
